We have been on another roadtrip, this time we went down south, and saw an old musium. I always like looking at old stuff and how they used to live way back then.

On the way I was knitting and doing some crochet. Little sweather and hat for my little Soffia, and a green dress for her too.

A cople of weeks ago I orderd some fabric online, and it came in the mail last week. It is so beautiful and the Beatrix Potter one is to die for. ;-) Now I have to think hard of what to make with theese. I am thinking quilt with 10, 5, and maby 2 1/2" squeres. But hey, I have a long time to think, becorse we are going to Franch on a vacasion.

We went up north.

We have been on a trip op north, where nobady lives anymore. Everything is old and rotting down. There is driftwood everywhere. This is like going to a totaly difrent world.

We were lucky that people that were raised there come back in the sommer and this night they were holding a story time, where they told storys from old time and people that used to live there.

Back home I am rippling away on my ripple blanked, that will be way bigger than it was suposed to be.

Also I am trying to aplicay a fall quilt. I have never been much of a aplicay person (I dont even know if I spell it right) so we will have to see how it goes, but it is sooo cute.

A little of this and a little of that

Hey,

As you can see I have been busy as a bee. I have been doing a lot of sewing, a quilt called "the wonky star" for my yongest, a wallet for myself and a bag for my shopping (like I needed that). I also always have some knitting and crochet going on, and for some reason I like to have little things for when we are driving somewhere and there do the table rugs come in handy. I have lots of them.

This is just to show you that I have not stoped bloging, just need a little brake every ones in a while.

Untitled

This is my newest baby blanket. I loved making it. I kind of thought it would be hard to knit it since it has 576 stitces in the last pattern, but no, it was fun, fun, fun. The color is not exactly right, but close. This is endless love. Beautiful.

Miss mouse is doing som yarn staching, and found this yarn in a drawer. She had seen this pattern on the net, and had this round pillow that needed to be fixed up. Perfect she thought and changed it a little.

Here she is with the finiced pillow. I personally think it needs a button in the middle and we will see if she agrees. Look how proud she is, almost finiced that stach of yarn.

Now she has found this stach that she is going to finice before the end of february. Hummm.... I wonder what she is going to come up with now.

This is my stach busting proget for february. Go have a look at what the other ladys are making.
